Background: We aim at presenting a clinical case of 37-year-old patient, who has been nun for several years and the moment can no longer adapt to environment in which she lives requirements everyday life. The perspective this analysis is both psychiatric one, explaining diagnosis Axis II Histrionic Immature Personality Disorder, but also overlap with dissociative conversion disorder, explanatory from psychodynamic perspective, by addressing regression issues presence Oedipus Complex.
 Disorder its Dissociative/Conversion are conditions negative effects terms adaptation social assuming professional responsibilities. Also, particularities sphere immaturity make it difficult relate those around.
 Method: Hospitalization, interview, psychological tests - CAQ Questionnaire Szondi Test, interpretations.
 Results: results highlight aspects an immature premorbid personality, characterized high degree sensitivity. Currently, patient's ego fragile cannot emotional meanings lives, leads functional crises manifestations such as fugue.
 Conclusions: Dissociative associated reduced ability requirements. On personal level, same denial one's sexuality projection.
